Please read through the terms before submitting a membership change request

Membership pauses

  • Any changes to your membership requires 2 weeks advance notice to action.

  • Our minimum pause period is 1 week with a maximum of 6 weeks per calendar year.

  • When submitting a request, include the exact dates you wish to pause and recommence your membership.

Membership cancellations

  • Any changes to your membership requires 2 weeks advance notice to action.

  • We have an initial 12 week sign up period for all memberships.

  • For any membership cancellations within the initial 12 week commitment, you will be charged in full for the remainder of the current training block.

  • Outside of the initial sign up periods we require 4 weeks notice for cancellation of any membership.

  • Any memberships cancelled without 4 weeks notice will be charged in full for the remainder of the current training block.
