  • Yes. We have a limited amount of gym memberships available at any time. They are $50 per week and we cap memberships at 50 exclusively. Get in Touch for more details and to see if we have any openings.

  • Yes. Please head to our Get in Touch form to organise a time. Please leave 24 hours so we can get back to you. Fee is $25, to be paid on entry.

  • Yes. We work with anyone looking to compete in powerlifting comps including local, state, national, international and invitational events. Whether you are new to the sport or a seasoned athlete we have got you covered.

  • Yes. Every program should be based on your goals and needs. All programs will focus on building strength and muscle mass whilst decreasing body fat. You cannot prioritise everything at once so we apply a progressive approach to your training and goals.

  • Yes. You always have a way to train around an injury. The trick is to have a sound diagnosis and get some specific progressive treatment. For best results we would then pair this with a progressive gym based program.

  • Minimum of 12 weeks sign-up period, however you can move between membership options. If you do cancel within the initial 12 week sign up, the remainder of your current program will be charged in full (e.g. remainder of your current 4-week program).
