Gym etiquette

Here are a few of the top of mind ways that you can be a team player at Strength Tribe!

Support your team mates, when required, please jump in and help spot lifts, help with bench hand-outs, run the mono or share your equipment between sets when it's busy. If you have no idea what any of the above mean - ask your coach! We're happy to run you through some of the basics around the gym.

Put away your weights and gym equipment back to where it belongs. Even if you found it in the wrong spot. No finger pointing here. If you're unsure about where something goes, feel free to ask.

If you are the last to leave the gym please make sure music is off, lights are off, fan is off, and close the door behind you.

Everyone at Strength Tribe is awesome, so say hello and introduce yourself!

Payment detail updates

If you have a bank card expiring, have opened a new bank account or your account is in arrears reach out to the team to assist in updating them promptly.

All requests to update your payment details must be promptly emailed through to info@strengthtribe.com.au.

Health care rebates

We will send you an invoice to upload for a health care rebate once your session is complete. Legally we cannot send it through until after the session is complete.

Gym equipment

We will do our best to ensure that all gym equipment is in good working order at all times. If you notice equipment that is broken or seems to be faulty, please advise a staff member within the facility and also email info@strengthtribe.com.au with details. We aim to provide the best quality equipment for you to train on and have a regular maintenance schedule to assist in keeping the equipment in great working order.

Reporting an injury

If you sustain an injury whilst at Strength Tribe, you must advise us of the incident. Email info@strengthtribe.com.au with details including context of the incident and an injury sustained. A staff member will follow up with you within 24 hours.
